It is official: Ashley Hebert will be the next woman to star on The Bachelorette.
The 26-year-old dental student from Madawaska, Maine, who was one of the final three women that The Bachelor star Brad Womack sent home this season, will now get a second chance at love.
Ashley was revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where host Jimmy Kimmel asked her to take the Bachelorette oath.
"Do you promise, on national television, to date 25 men simultaneously without complaining?" he asked. "Do you promise to make sure the hot tubs are clean and have enough chlorine and their bacteria levels are low?"
"I'll do my best with that," she promised.
On The Women Tell All episode, the first-time brunette had a seemingly positive outlook for her future.
"Brad primed me for what is yet to come,” she told Chris Harrison.
Production for the new season of The Bachelorette will premiere May 23 on ABC.
