Even though summer is over and you've put away your bikinis, there's still no excuse to let yourself go. At the launch of The Biggest Loser video game in New York, show trainer Bob Harper shared some helpful tips on staying slim all year long with In Touch. "Don't drink your calories. People are drinking way too much soda," he explains, adding, "Look at the ingredients of the food you're eating, and if there's a whole list, chances are it's going to be really bad for you. Go for the most wholesome food."
Bob also stressed that working out is key, and with the new Biggest Loser video game, it can actually be fun, too. "It's a great way to get people off the sofa and actually moving around," he told In Touch. The video game (www.biggestloserthegame.com) makes you feel like you're really on the show, complete with weigh-ins, eliminations and tough workouts ranging from weight resistance work to yoga.
