After pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and pleading no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of above .08 and reckless driving, Lindsay Lohan escaped any felony charges and was given one day of jail, 10 days of community service and a mandatory drug treatment program. Lindsay also was placed on 36 months probation, is required to complete an 18-month alcohol education program, pay fines in the hundreds of dollars and has to visit a morgue and talk to victims of drunk drivers as part of a three-day county coroner program. In a statement that Lindsay released yesterday, she said, "It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs. I broke the law and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case." She has until January 18 of next year to do her jail time, community service and residential drug rehab program.
