Lamar Odom will reportedly open up about his emotional downfall and near-death experience on next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The former NBA player will allegedly tell his side of what happened at the brothel where he was found unconscious after a drug overdose and reveal his struggles with addiction and depression.
A source told Hollywood Life, “Slowly but surely, Lamar’s coming to terms with his reality and wrapping his head around the totality of his near death experience,” adding, “He doesn’t want this to happen to himself again or to anyone else for that matter — which is why he’s on board with his entire situation being filmed and recorded for KUWTK.”

Lamar and his then-estranged wife, Khloé Kardashian, rekindled their relationship and called off their divorce following his medical incident. She continues to remain at his side while he recovers physically and mentally from the supposed drug overdose.
As to why his condition needs to be played out on national TV, the insider revealed, “He thinks the show would be an excellent platform with the hopes of preventing viewers from traveling down the path he did.”
