Losing more than 100 pounds is no small task, but there’s a downside to significant weight loss that no one tells you about: Often times, people are left with excess skin!
Rhonda, a Dolly Parton impersonator, who lost 165 pounds after undergoing gastric bypass surgery, is one of those people.
After her initial plastic surgery went wrong, she turned to Botched stars and doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif to fix the failed procedure!

“He pulled everything up instead of pulling it down and cutting it off,” Rhonda lamented. “My belly button’s between my boobs!”
As Dr. Dubrow explained, “Any doctor is allowed to do plastic surgery in a surgery center if they can get privileges. You can be a radiologist, you can be a rheumatologist and do plastic surgery and it’s legal — it’s just not a good idea.”

It didn’t help that Rhonda’s doctor — whom she described as a “boob guy” — was inexperienced. She alleges she was his first patient.
“You want little honey buns — but I got a flapjack,” she joked.
After experiencing the trauma of her surgery-gone-wrong, Rhonda refocused her energy on being the best possible person.
“Even though I was devastated, I made the decision to work on who I was on the inside, and I could hide the outside,” she said.
But Drs. Dubrow and Nassif are determined to help Rhonda shine and feel great — inside and out! Check out the clip below, and to see how it works out, tune in and watch Botched, airing tonight at 9 p.m. on E!
