The custody battle between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards is starting to rival that of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline in terms of mudslinging and accusations. Denise filed a motion in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday asking to terminate Charlie's overnight privileges with their two girls, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2. According to Access Hollywood, Denise claims that Charlie exhibits "inappropriate behavior and conduct," including "his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts." Denise's nanny also signed a declaration saying she witnessed Charlie hitting the family dogs and that 3-year-old Sam has told her that Charlie has threatened to hit her. According to Denise, the girls don't enjoy spending time with their father who "yells... and routinely curses" in front of them and they don't want to spend the night at his house. In response, Charlie released a statement saying, "Clearly, the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting... She behaves as though she owns our children. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching. The truth will prevail. It always does."
