Britney Spears scored a major victory in court Tuesday morning! The young mom, 26, finally won back the right to overnight visits with her sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden, 21 months. Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has had sole custody of the children. "She came out of court smiling!" a witness tells In Touch. "She looked so happy." Dressed conservatively, Britney was accompanied by her attorneys, Blair Berk and the newly re-hired Laura Wasser, and her father, Jamie Spears, who's also the co-conservator of her estate. Kevin was also present for the custody hearing with his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, at his side. Concluding at around 11 a.m. PT, a court spokesperson would only say "there was a change in visitation." The exes are scheduled to return to court on July 15.
