In Atlantic City Hot
Tub: See the Pic Here!

While most folks were celebrating this past Sunday with their dear old dads, Amanda Bynes was soaking up the sunshine in the pool at the Revel Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, N.J.

In a new picture obtained by In Touch, the troubled actress is seen rocking a blonde wig and sunglasses. Amanda is surrounded by a group of people who can't stop staring at her. The best part? She has both a camera and an iPhone in the jacuzzi...talk about multitasking!

A spectacle wherever she goes, Amanda had drawn the attention of fellow AC visitors the previous night.

Modern Family Star Sarah Hyland Is Amanda Bynes' Latest Twitter Victim

An eyewitness told In Touch he spotted the troubled star at the casino on Friday night. “She was there at around 10 p.m. and I saw her stumbling a little,” the eyewitness says. “At one point she stopped in the middle of one of the lounge areas and started doing jumping jacks. Then I saw her scream at a guy who was taking her picture. If she is just acting crazy, she is doing an awesome job.”

Several people took to Twitter to say they’d seen Amanda walking around the city, and one guy even spotted her buying food at Popeye’s.

Amanda also showed up at the Borgata Casino that night. “I saw her walking around inside the casino area with her crazy blond wig and her sunglasses on,” another onlooker tells In Touch. “She looked like she was talking to herself so I checked to see if she had a phone earpiece in. She didn’t.”

Amanda Bynes Acts Out In Atlantic City

The onlooker followed Amanda as she wandered around the casino, but the Easy A star didn’t like being spied on. “At one point we got too close and she stopped short, turned around and yelled in my friends’ face: ‘Boo!’”

The 27-year-old, who was arrested in May and charged with possession of marijuana, insists that she’s “not crazy” despite her headline-making behavior.
