Go Kendra, go Kendra!
Kendra Wilkinson took to Twitter to share some happy news: Thanks to her recent weight loss, she’s back to her pre-baby body — before having BOTH of her kids!
Which is awesome news for her goal of getting in shape for the big 3-0 come June.
“Just weighed myself and I’m back to pre-Lil Hank weight,” she wrote earlier today, Jan. 13. “Haven’t been here since then.”
While pregnant with baby No. 2 — daughter, Alijah — Kendra gained 55 pounds and has relied on the Atkins Diet to help her shed the pounds since giving birth on May 16.
“During my pregnancy, I started at 120 and ended up at 175,” she admitted to Giuliana Rancic in September.
“I researched the perfect diet after baby… I love meat, I love vegetables, it’s low-carb… It’s working SO good!”
She added she thought losing weight after giving birth to Lil Hank, now 5, would be easy — so she was in for quite the shock. Kendra explained, “I learned the pounds don’t just shed off. You have to go on a diet and really take care of your body.”
Well, it just goes to show hard work pays off! Congrats, lady!
