Between reality TV, social media and the constant presence of the paparazzi — it would appear there are few secrets left to those of us who actually care to ~keep up with the Kardashians~ — but Kim Kardashian swears that’s not the case!
The pregnant reality star, 35, recent sat down with Ryan Seacrest and denied rumors they were filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians while Lamar Odom was hospitalized.

“There’s been ridiculous stories that we brought the cameras to the hospital,” she revealed. “I mean, I think the one thing that people don’t understand about our family is we do share so much, but we do keep a lot of things private.”
Well, to be fair — they do share a lot of very, very personal moments on the show.
