Information of the new alleged charges — rape, sexual abuse, coercion and unlawful use of a weapon — comes shortly after the 49-year-old was arrested earlier this month for domestic violence charges, also involving his wife.

Following his initial arrest, the ‘Don’t Stop Believing’ band gave Deen — who has been in the band since 1998 — the boot.
TMZ reports that he’s being held without bail in Marion County, Ore., adding that he’s due to appear in court today, June 30.
