Hilary Swank is known for her lean, muscular and nearly fat-free physique, but the Oscar winner may be set to pack on several pounds — a la Renée Zellweger as Bridget Jones — for her next role in French Women Don't Get Fat. "She'll gain 20 to 30 pounds," an insider tells E! Online. "It's no sweat. She's played a man before. She can handle anything." In the film, which is an adaptation of Mireille Guiliano's best-selling book, Hilary (who's also set to produce) will play the manager of a champagne company dealing with French women who eat everything without gaining a pound. The insider also says that Hilary's not too thrilled with having to put on so much weight, but anything for a role, right?
