Though it was reported that Bruce Jenner had put his alleged transition on hold following his involvement in a fatal car crash, the 65-year-old has allegedly resumed his plans!
A source close to the former Olympian says Bruce plans on having the sex change operation “towards the end of the summer,” adding, “the surgery was postponed because of the car accident.”

Bruce was reportedly already speaking to a therapist prior to the crash, but has since doubled his weekly visits to cope with the aftermath of the incident — and it has helped him feel even more prepared to make his transition.

“The therapy was required by the doctor that will be performing Bruce’s sex change operation,” the insider tells ‘Radar Online.’ “And it has helped Bruce tremendously.”
For the father-of-six, there has been a small, personal silver lining in the wake of the accident.

“Because of the accident, people who Bruce hasn’t spoken to in forever are reaching out to him to offer support for his grieving process,” the source says. “But they are also letting him know that they support his transition, too.”
