According to a source, there is enough footage to fulfill the series' commitment to E!, but the plan to film through the holidays has been nixed. Further, a source reveals Kim Kardashian has been "rethinking everything" in the wake of her husband's hospitalization.
News of the production halt comes shortly after the rapper was reported to be under "constant watch" amid his hospital stay. Kanye was previously said to have suffered from nightmares following his wife's armed robbery in Paris, which possibly prompted his breakdown.
