According to TMZ, Hillair Capital Management claims they gave more than $10 million to save “Kardashian Beauty” after the girls’ original business partner, a company called Boldface, started to go under.
Hillair claims they not only bought out Boldface, but also sank an additional $10 million into the business venture.

Now, the investors are suing the reality stars — claiming that they didn’t deliver on their end of the deal when they failed to promote Kardashian Beauty to their millions of followers on social media.
As such, the company is reportedly demanding not only their $10 million back — but also an addition $180 million, which is what the company believes they “could have made” had the ladies followed through!
