It's been one month since Kim Kardashian's horrific Parisian robbery — and since then the reality star has taken drastic measures to protect herself.
Now a new report claims that she and her husband, Kanye West, made the decision to fire their longtime bodyguard, Pascal Duvier — who was on duty the night of the attack.

"The decision wasn’t personal but rather a complete overhauling of security after the incident," a source told Us Weekly. "Kim felt safe at the apartment by herself. Kim is not blaming Pascal. She felt completely safe at the Paris apartment and doesn't believe this is his fault in any way.”
Pascal was out protecting Kim's sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner while the mother-of-two was home by herself.
While this news has yet to be confirmed, Pascal's mother, Barbe, told The Daily Mail that she was "shocked" to learn of the reports.
"You have told me something I didn't know. I always thought they had a very good relationship, that is what he always led me to believe," she said. "If this is true he will be very hurt. I don't know why she would have taken such a step. I am shocked to hear it."
Kim's place was broken into during Paris Fashion Week and the intruders gagged, bound, and held her at gunpoint before getting away with $10 million worth of jewelry and two cell phones. They have yet to be caught.
