Unpacking the drama! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians season 19 supertease dropped on Tuesday, September 15, and there’s a LOT going on.

For starters, Malika Haqq teased tension with the father of her child, O.T. Genasis. “I don’t want to be nine months pregnant doing it alone,” the Kar-Jenner bestie said.

Malika, 37, gave birth to son Ace on March 14 and has been figuring things out with her ex, 33, ever since. She previously opened up about her relationship status with the rapper on Instagram while she was still expecting.

“Relationships don’t always work out the way we would hope, but between love [and] friendship we have created a baby boy,” Malika captioned a photo of herself and “Cut It” artist at her bear-themed baby shower in February. “I’ve been single the last [eight] months, but I am in no way alone.”

It seemed like things took a turn, however, in April. When Khloé Kardashian said “coparenting is a different beast” on Twitter — referring to now-boyfriend Tristan Thompson — Malika commented, “Ain’t it.”

Speaking of the couple, the Good American founder, 36, revealed her “biggest fears” after getting back together with the NBA baller, 29. “One of my biggest fears is you acting like this until you get what you want, and if you do, you’re gonna turn into the old Tristan again,” she expressed, referring to his two cheating scandals.

A separate moment in the trailer showed KoKo severely ill and being tested for COVID-19. Kim Kardashian expressed her fears for her sister to an unknown caller while Khloé coughed. “I’m super worried that Khloé’s so sick,” the makeup mogul said.

The most OMG moment, though, came when Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick teased another pregnancy.

“Scott’s like, ‘We’re going for baby No. 4.’ Was that serious? I want to know,” Kim, 39, asked Kourtney, 41, and Scott, 37, during an outdoor family gathering. Hmm …
