Little Bakers! OutDaughtered’s Danielle Busby and the Quints Make Personalized Cakes for Their Birthday
Birthday bliss! OutDaughtered star Danielle Busby took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, April 8, to show off the cakes she baked with her quintuplet girls in honor of their 5th birthday.
“Best birthday celebration going on. We’re gonna eat some cakes after dinner and sing Happy Birthday and enjoy it with … just us!” the 36-year-old said amid the coronavirus pandemic. Hazel Grace, Riley Paige, Parker Kate, Ava Lane and Olivia Marie each personalized their own treats, three strawberry and two chocolate. Yum!
In a separate Instagram Story, Danielle got emotional thinking about how far they’ve come. “Where we started our journey with infertility to then being blessed with Blayke, and now she’s 9 years old, to now celebrating the quints today who are five,” she said, before adding with tears, “It’s just, it’s a miracle.”
The brunette babe — who shares her six girls with husband Adam Busby — is now homeschooling them, which she joked in a blog post “makes me want to punch someone in the face.”
“There are days that I want to pull my hair out … there are days I feel like my girls are obedient …. and then there are days I get the ‘mom guilt’ because all I did was yell because no one cared to follow or listen to my parenting advice or guidance,” she candidly wrote on April 6.
Although she admitted she enjoys “alone time more than I ever have before,” we’re sure it’s comforting knowing Adam, 37, is there to pitch in as well. The doting dad posted on his own social media that the quints watched the very first episode of OutDaughtered to kick off their big day.
Stay safe, Busbys!
