Conrad Hilton could be following in his older sister Paris' footsteps when it comes to jail time.
The 21-year-old will plead guilty to allegedly threatening to kill crew members on a British Airways flight from London to LA last summer.
According to the Associated Press, the Hilton heir, who reportedly checked into rehab following the incident, signed documents on Tuesday and will appear in court on Thursday, though he will plead guilty at a later time. He faces a possible six months in jail, a $5,000 fine and a year of probation. AP reports prosecutors will only request probation.

Eyewitnesses on the flight claim it all began when Conrad would not turn off his cell phone on the 10-hour transatlantic flight, and refused to cooperate with attendants. He also proceeded to allegedly get high in the bathroom.
“I thought he was in the middle of a psychotic episode,” passenger Patricia Mitchell told ‘GQ.’
She also noted Conrad kept using phrases like, “I will f--king own anyone on this flight; they are f--king peasants!”
The heir allegedly threatened to "f--king kill" several flight crew members, and was eventually restrained in his seat. Police escorted him off the plane when they landed in LA.
His lawyer, Robert Shapiro, states his client's erratic behavior may have stemmed from a sleeping pill he took before the flight.
