Ben Affleck and Girlfriend Ana de Armas Got Flirty While Taking Their Daily Walk With Their Dogs
Following the rules! Ben Affleck and his girlfriend, Ana de Armas, were spotted taking a stroll in Venice Beach, California, while wearing their government ordered face masks on Wednesday, April 15. The couple regularly takes walks with their dogs for fresh air during the coronavirus pandemic.
The 47-year-old actor looked handsome as he wore a plaid shirt and khaki pants, while the 31-year-old sported a black and white checkered maxi dress. Although their face masks hid their smiles, they were clearly smitten.
It seems like their time spent on long walks and shacking up has been good for their budding romance. “Self-isolating together has brought Ben and Ana closer together,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “They’re crazy about each other!”
Although their relationship only began in November 2019 while working on their movie Deep Water, Ben can see a future with his costar. “After seeing how close and loving Ana is with her own family, Ben’s feeling pretty confident that she’ll make a great stepmom,” the insider said. “Although he’d never try to replace Jen, who he calls ‘the best mom in the world.’”
While social distancing may be good for Ben’s relationship, it has taken a toll on his children, Violet, 14, Seraphina, 11, and Samuel, 8, whom he coparents with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. “Because of the lockdown, he isn’t seeing the kids as frequently,” another insider exclusively told In Touch in April. “They’re staying with Jen at her house, which is only a few minutes’ drive away from Ben, so at least they’re close by.”
The source continued, “The kids really miss seeing Ben when they’re apart, especially Seraphina, who’s a real daddy’s girl. They’re constantly in contact, though, and FaceTime every day.”
In December 2019, an insider shared, “Seraphina is adorable and super outgoing. She has more of a mischievous streak than the other two and is incredibly close to Ben.”
Although the Affleck kids are missing their usual routines, Jen said they are doing just fine during the March 19 episode of The Tonight Show: At Home Edition with Jimmy Fallon. “I think I have the perfect aged kids for this because they’re big enough to understand and to have the conversations — we’re built for challenge. We can do this,” she said to the comedian. “We’re a tough team. Let’s learn about a vacuum cleaner.”
