Scout Willis, the 21-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, seems to have gotten off easy.
A Manhattan judge agreed to dismiss Scout’s underage drinking-in-public case this morning without jail time or probation in exchange for two days of community service and she stays out of trouble.
Scout, who was only 20 at the time, was arrested in Union Square in June after she was spotted sipping on a beer – a violation of New York City’s open-container law.
The Brown University student allegedly presented police with a fake ID, claiming that her name was "Katherine Kelly," causing her to spend a night in custody. She eventually admitted the ID wasn't hers.
Scout has until October 2 to complete her community service.
