She’s picking a side! Cecily ChapmanBeth Chapman’s daughter, seems to be joining up with step-sister Lyssa Chapman in the family feud that’s broken out among the Dog the Bounty Hunter crew. As Duane ‘Dog’ Chapman’s daughter faces off with him about his new girlfriend, Moon Angell, the two young women are sticking together.

On Thursday, January 30, Lyssa, 32, wrote a Twitter tribute to her late “bonus” mom. “@MrsdogC, I went to @BubbaGumpCo today and said goodbye to your booth,” she told Beth, who passed away in June 2019. “I remember all the drinks, memories, shopping trips, Christmases and FUN we had. I miss you so much. Constantly trying to keep your legacy alive. ❤️❤️❤️” Cecily, 26, was also tagged in the post — and she retweeted it to her own feed when she saw it.

The older Chapman daughter has been vocal about her dislike for Moon — and so has her little sister. Earlier in the month, she went on her own Twitter rant about dad Duane, 67, and his new lady. On January 16, the blonde beauty called the other woman a “con artist” and “wanna-be @MrsDogC” and told her to “get out [of her] mother’s bed.” Since then, however, Cecily has stayed quiet while Lyssa seems to have taken the drama to the next level. On January 30, the 32-year-old was even arrested for harassment in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Despite that, the Dog’s Most Wanted star doesn’t seem to be deterred from dating his new lady. Though he initially denied that their relationship was romantic, he’s credited her with helping him move forward after his wife’s death. “[Moon] has just been so good to me,” he told Radar Online. “I’ll get really emotional and find myself getting into a dark hole and she will tell me to suck it up. So it’s been good having her by my side. … There will never another Mrs. Dog. But I have to find a way to move on. I’m so lonely right now. I’m just really lonely.”

On The Dr. Oz Show, he seemingly credited her with pushing him to “choose life over death” as he dealt with suicidal thoughts. “I was going to take a lot of pills because she left — Beth left all her big pills there. So I thought, I just need one drink [of] water,” he admitted on the show. It was his girlfriend that helped get him back on track and busy filming his show. “Well, she’s pretty rough, this one,” he said.
