Shortly after it was revealed that Kate Gosselin was accused of child abuse in 2010 court documents filed by her ex-husband Jon Gosselin, the former reality star is being hit with even more horrific claims.
Documents from 2010 also reveal how Kate reportedly locked their children — Mady and Cara, then 10, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Aaden, Colin and Joel, then 6 — in their bedroom, refusing to let them out, even if they had to use the bathroom.

“The children told the teachers that they were scared and that Alexis had broken a mirror when she could not get out of her room to use the bathroom," according to the documents obtained by 'Radar Online.'

Jon's attorney also revealed the children were scared to tell their father what Kate was doing, in fear of what would happen.
“He is now not only concerned that the children will not come forward if something is wrong at home, but that they are being taught to lie,” the attorney said.
To make matters worse, the blonde beauty was accused of feeding her children moldy food. Court documents reveal that if the children refused to eat their lunches at school, she would pack the same lunch for them day after day until it was eaten.

“Hannah reported having moldy strawberries, and Alexis said her sandwich was stale. Leah said she had some food left over from lunch for many weeks."
