She’s getting a fresh start! After moving to a different state amid her divorce from and restraining order against estranged husband David EasonJenelle Evans is now settling into her new home. According to Radar Online, the Teen Mom 2 alum is getting comfortable in Nashville, Tennessee. Though her court case with her ex is on-going — including a court date on Monday, November 25 — she and her kids are starting to explore the area.

“She has moved [to Nashville],” a source told Radar. “She is in an apartment there with the children.” The city is nearly 600 miles away from Columbus County, North Carolina, where Jenelle, 27, used to live with her ex. That’s about a nine-hour drive, and it seems to show that the mother of three is serious about putting space between herself and David, 31.

Based on the photos the MTV star has shared, it looks like she and Kaiser, 5, and Ensley, 2, are getting along just fine. “She loves her Bubba,” Jenelle captioned a photo of the two little kids on Saturday, November 23. Fans couldn’t help but notice the sweet smiles on both of their faces and the kiss the tots shared. “Your kiddos look really happy. So glad [you] changed your life,” one wrote. “I hope you look just as happy,” responded another. “Keep your [chin] up. I wish you and your kids all the happiness in the world. You all deserve it.”

Jenelle’s split — which she announced on October 31 — also put her in a good position to finally get back on good terms with her ex Nathan Griffith, Kaiser’s father. “I am so appreciative to finally have a healthy relationship with [Jenelle],” he tweeted on November 21. “Something we should [have] had [three to four] years ago. Especially one that everyone is supportive with. Thank you, [Ashley Lanhardt], for being so understanding.” At the time, the mother of three also revealed that her ex had been stepping up to the plate in the wake of her split. “Thank you for being there for Kaiser and helping out lately,” she tweeted back at him.

David, however, isn’t on board with the move. Though he and Jenelle have an upcoming court date, he’s been taking to social media to slam her in the days leading up to their legal battle. After claiming that he and preteen daughter Maryssa are better off without his estranged wife, he took aim at his ex’s parenting and claimed that he was the “only one” taking care of Kaiser. “Glad [you] people think I am taking this so hard,” he wrote on Facebook on November 19. “Just so [you] all know, I am so very much happier. … [Things are] finally peaceful.”
