Jenelle Evans Has Moved States After Filing a Restraining Order Against David, Docs Reveal

Evans, 27, filed a protective order just a few hours before announcing that she split from her husband of two years on October 31. Us Weekly was the first to break the news about her order.

Granted Protection

The new temporary order of protection has since been issued on behalf of Evans and her three kids, Jace, 10, Kaiser, 5, and Ensley, 2.

Why She Filed

Evans explained in the documents that she decided to take legal action against Eason, 31, because she was worried about her safety and her children’s well-being.

New Allegations

The mother of three brought up 11 instances in the past two years, where her former flame allegedly treated her in ways that were unacceptable, claiming that he was abusive both physically and verbally.

Deciding to Relocate

In the paperwork, Evans said that she “had to travel out of town for business meetings [on October 25] and to find a way to get away from David,” so she made her exit without informing him.

Moving Away

As a result, he allegedly accused her of cheating on him and threatened her “with harm.” Evans also confirmed in the paperwork that she and her children have moved states.

Different State

Evans and Eason “previously lived together in North Carolina,” however it’s now reported by other outlets that she has relocated to Tennessee as she focuses on moving forward.

The MTV alum even shared some shocking new information about what allegedly happened between her and Eason behind closed doors.

History Together

“I married David on September 23, 2017. Since then, he has been abusive and violent towards me,” Evans claimed.

Calling It Quits

“Because of his behavior, I want to leave him. As he has realized this over the past couple of days, he has escalated his threats,” the former 16 and Pregnant star alleged.

Not Messing Around

Evans said she took it very seriously “because of his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons.”

Controversy Continues

In the documents, Evans also addressed how Eason killed the family dog Nugget in May 2019, noting how he decided to shoot the pooch because it snapped at their daughter, Ensley.

Facing Consequences

“David was very angry and responded by taking out his gun and shooting the dog to death,” she wrote. “This incident led to our children being temporarily removed from our home by CPS.”

Coming to Terms

Evans alleged that David was still trying to call and text her as of October 30.

Since then, he has posted two photos on his Instagram Story, showing him no longer wearing his wedding ring in one of the snaps.

“I guess I can take this off now,” he captioned a photo on November 6 with a sad face emoji.

Process Begins

Eason also gave his followers a glimpse at the blister located where his wedding ring used to be. “It’s gonna take some time for that finger to heal up,” he wrote.
