Lawson Bates Sang His Nephew To Sleep — And Now Women Can’t Control Their Thirst!
BRB, watching Lawson Bates on repeat all day. The Bringing up Bates star took to Twitter (and Instagram) on Tuesday, Nov. 27, to share a video of himself singing to his new nephew, Kade. The best part? The tiny tot fell asleep after listening to his sweet, sweet voice. Needless to say, women were, uh, not holding back their feels. The 26-year-old’s sister, Tori, and brother-in-law, Bobby, welcomed their first child together on Friday, Nov 9. He was born at 7:45 a.m. at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN, and was born weighing 6 pounds and 1 ounce.
Back when the couple first announced that they were expecting to Us Weekly, Tori told the outlet, “We are thrilled that God has blessed us with this amazing privilege, and we cannot wait to meet our precious little gift from Him.”
As for his name? The cute couple — who tied the knot less than a year ago — told Entertainment Tonight on June 21 that they had already decided to call him Kade before he was born.
“We’re having a baby boy! We are beyond excited! We decided on Robert Ellis Smith IV for his name, but we will call him Kade,” the new parents told the outlet at the time. “This little one has already changed our lives for the better and is so loved. We cannot wait to meet him! Thank you all for the love and support you’ve shown us. We are truly blessed.”
So when will we be seeing the Duggar family friend with a little one of his own? Well, despite being set up with Jana recently, it doesn’t sound like he has any new prospects. “Imma ask everybody to keep my wife in your prayers, she hasn’t found me yet,” he tweeted in February. LOL. Line up, ladies!
