Happy birthday, Joy-Anna Duggar! The Counting On star will officially be turning 21 on Oct. 28, but her loved ones took her out to celebrate a little early. Not only did Joy get to spend time with her twin brothers, but she also got paid a special visit from her pal Carlin Bates — who was able to meet her son Gideon for the first time. The TLC star posted a darling snap with Jedidiah and Jeremiah to her Instagram page on Oct. 25, after they took her out for a delicious meal at Longhorn for the special occasion.

The mother-of-one couldn’t help but gush over her brothers’ thoughtfulness. “These boys are so sweet! They took me to longhorns for a birthday date! love them so much,” she wrote.

Joy-Anna was all smiles while holding her adorable son in another snap, posing next to her good friend Carlin outside of the steakhouse restaurant.

Carlin was also thrilled about catching up and she posted the sweetest message to her Instagram Stories: “Finally back together! I missed you!”

Inside the venue, Carlin shared a portrait of herself holding Joy-Anna’s son and the 20-year-old also gushed over meeting the “little man” for the first time! Can you blame her?!

Shortly after, Joy-Anna revealed that she and her siblings decided to go vote and advised her followers to do the same! The squad was beaming while holding up their stickers.

The Counting On star gave birth to her bundle of joy — whom she shares with her husband, Austin Forsyth — back in February, and she was so excited about Carlin meeting him!

So what does the future hold? Joy-Anna and Austin would reportedly be thrilled with “five or six children, but at the end of the day, they will be happy with whatever God gives them.”
