Girls day! Joy-Anna and Jana Duggar couldn’t have looked more excited about going wedding dress shopping with Carlin Bates. The trio posed for a photo outside of David’s Bridal and it seemed like they were having a ball as they prepared for Carlin’s highly anticipated nuptials.

“Sooo ready for this,” Carlin captioned the snap on her Instagram Stories. It’s been an exciting time for Carlin now that she’s officially engaged to her longtime love Evan Stewart! The couple revealed their exciting news one week after celebrating their two-year courting anniversary together. “To say ‘yes’ to the man of my dreams is an opportunity that is a once in a lifetime dream come true!” the 20-year-old told People on Sept. 24. “I’m overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness that Evan put into this surprise destination engagement. It was a magical place with the one person that completes me in every way! I’m overjoyed to be his fiancé!”

The feelings are obviously mutual between the lovebirds as Evan also took to Instagram to gush over his bride-to-be before popping the question. “Happy two years to the love of my life,” he wrote. “I can’t believe it has been two years to the day since I fell in love with you! I wouldn’t trade what we have for anything in the world! You are my best friend, my encourager, and my everything! I cannot wait to be your husband, and I cannot wait to spend forever with you! I love you so much, Carlin Brianne Bates!” Carlin must be in great spirits these days, because she also just met Joy-Anna’s son Gideon for the first time during the Counting On star’s 21st birthday celebrations.

On Oct. 25, Carlin couldn’t help but gush over how cute the “little man” was after meeting up with Jedidiah and Jeremiah to take Joy-Anna out for a delicious meal at Longhorn steakhouse. The TLC star was psyched about being there for her BFF’s birthday festivities as she captioned one of her pics: “Finally back together! I missed you!” Now, we can’t wait to see Carlin walk down the aisle!
