Teen Mom 2’s Kailyn Lowry Breaks Down in Tears Amid Rumors Chris Lopez Got Another Woman Pregnant
Tough times. Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry broke down in tears following rumors ex Chris Lopez got another woman pregnant on the Tuesday, September 1, episode of the hit MTV show.
“It would be hard to image Chris having a baby with somebody else because of how f–ked up our situation is, so I think it would be really hard from me to accept it,” the mother of four said in a confessional interview. “But for Lux, I would do it,” she added as she wiped her face.
Kailyn’s tears come shortly after she revealed she received text messages from the woman who claimed to be the mother of Chris’ unborn child during the episode. At the time, Kail said the woman is due “three months from now” in “February.” Since the winter months have come and gone, it’s safe to say the pregnancy controversy was merely a rumor.
Earlier in the episode, Kail revealed the rumor originated when Chris “said something to insinuate there’s a baby on the way” on his Instagram Live. She revealed Chris called her to assure her the speculation was false, but Kail was definitely triggered by the rumors. “If it does end up being true, I think that would close the door to any possibilities of us ever being together again,” she said to a producer on the show.
Since filming the latest season of Teen Mom 2, the businesswoman and the woodworker welcomed their second child together, Romello Creed, on July 30. In addition to the children she shares with Chris, Kailyn is also mother to Isaac, 10, with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, and Lincoln, 6, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
Despite sharing two children, Kail and Chris are not in a romantic relationship. According to the reality star, Chris “won’t commit” to her, she exclusively told In Touch. “He just [sic] doesn’t want to be with me,” she continued. “He doesn’t want to, you know, and, and that’s OK. Just, I need to get to a point where I fully move on and take it for what it is. So, I’ll take the blame for that.”
