Looks like all is well for 90 Day Fiancé stars Jay Smith and Ashley Martson! Though the couple filed for divorce in early January, they had withdrawn the paperwork by the end of the month — and now they’re all smiles as they visit New York together. Ashley looked well as they walked.

Recently, the star, who suffers from lupus, has been having some serious struggles with her health.

And Jay was right by her side.

After Christmas, he rushed to be with her at the hospital despite their potential split.

Now, they seem to be happy together once more.

Despite their drama, we’ve been routing for the couple since day one.

But we are wondering about Jay’s new business deal.

In early January, he landed a gig as a spokesperson for a dating app.

Is he still being shady on his phone?

On the show, the star was caught using Tindr — and it caused no shortage of problems for him and Ashley.

Ashley pretty much caught him red-handed.

“Someone was FaceTiming Jay at like midnight and I noticed it said ‘Paige’ on the phone and I was like, ‘Who is FaceTiming you at this late in the night?’ and he had just came home from the gym,” Ashley, 31, explained. “And then he was like ‘Oh yeah, a girl that was calling about a tattoo.'”

After confronting Jay, she messaged the woman.

It was Paige that admitted that she’d met the reality star on Tindr and that they’d had plans to meet up the following weekend.

Only then did Jay confess.

She gave him an ultimatum that he could be honest with her or she could read through the text screenshots that the other woman had sent her. “That’s when he admitted to everything and I was like, ‘we’re done,'” she said.

Jay addressed the scandal online.

In a statement shared by blogger John Yates, he said, “It happens and it is what it is, I cannot go back in time and change the past … I can only create a brighter future and make up for whosoever heart I have broken.”
