It seems like 90 Day Fiancé star Ashley Martson has been having a particularly hard few weeks. From getting her car smashed to her hospitalization and ongoing health battle, she’s had a lot on her plate. And that’s not even to mention all those split rumors swirling around her and her husband, Jay Smith. Now, though, the TLC star seems to have weighed in on the gossip — or at least given fans some hints on her Instagram Story.

In a new photo, Ashley shared that she’s back on Cameo and accepting new requests. But this time, she’d be doing the videos solo, which is to say that Jay would not be doing them with her. “I will be doing Cameos again, but only single ones with myself,” she wrote. “I had to decline a lot and I apologize for that. If you’re interested, I have changed it back to bookable! Happy New Year, everyone.”

Her message about those fake GoFundMe accounts also gave fans a little insight into her current relationship status. “I spoke with Jay and neither one of us has a GoFundMe,” she said, explaining that she tried to warn her fans not to donate and that they both posted about the fundraisers, but only to make fun of them. “I can’t watch people send money to someone scamming them,” she continued. “Please stop sending money to either one. It isn’t either one of us.”

But while Ashley is out here declining Cameo requests that want to see her and Jay together and having to reach out to confirm some #fakenews with him, Jay is posting pictures of his wife (ex-wife?) on his Instagram. “I wanted to tell you that wherever I am, whatever happens, I’ll always think of you, and the time we spent together, as my happiest time. I’d do it all over again, if I had the choice,” he captioned a shot of them all dressed up.

Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. Ashley’s been posting photos and videos of Jay on her Instagram Story, too. Hers, however, are part of a year-end wrap-up series of posts, and they seem to be simply acknowledging big parts of her 2018 rather than trying to win her ex back. “A lot can change in a year,” she wrote. “Cherish the good times! Bring it on, 2019, I’m ready!”
