Why didn’t 90 Day Fiancé stars Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima want to be at the tell-all? Part 1 of the explosive two-part 90 Day Fiancé Season 6 tell-all is set to air tonight, and fans will notice one of the most infamous couples from the season will be missing from the stage: Colt and Larissa. The Las Vegas natives did not want to show up for the taping back in November and SPOILER ALERT: it may have had something to do with Larissa’s most recent legal issues.

On Saturday, Nov. 10, Larissa was arrested on domestic battery charges after an alleged physical altercation with her husband, Colt. Earlier that day, Larissa took to her Instagram story to document a fight between her and Colt that started after Larissa, 31, confronted Colt, 33, about lying about the status of their relationship to fans online and hiding their marriage on social media.

According to the police report obtained by In Touch, LVPD responded to a call after Larissa claimed on her Instagram account that she had been “locked” in the bathroom while Colt was “going crazy.” Since Colt had visible injuries from their fight — including  “nail scratches” on his “eyebrow, left eye area” — Larissa was arrested. But, as In Touch reported last month, the Clark County D.A. ultimately decided not to press charges against her.

The 90 Day Fiancé reunion taping was scheduled for the weekend after Larissa’s arrest, on Nov. 17 and 18, and Colt and Larissa seemed to voluntarily skip out on filming altogether. On Saturday, Nov. 17, Colt took to Instagram to share photos hinting that they refused to participate. “Enjoying the day off with not a care in the world,” he wrote in the caption of an Instagram selfie posted on Nov. 17, and he also told a fan that he wasn’t at the reunion taping because he was “watching Star Trek.”

Colt and Larissa eventually changed their mind and decided to fly to NYC for the taping, as they later documented via social media. So fans will have to tune in to see why they changed their minds.

Part 1 of the 90 Day Fiancé tell-all airs on Sunday, Jan. 6, at 8 p.m. on TLC.
