'90 Day Fiancé' Star Larissa Dos Santos Lima Will Not Face Domestic Battery Charges After Dispute With Colt Johnson

On Saturday, Nov. 10, 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Dos Santos Lima was arrested on one count of domestic battery, according to Clark County arrest records obtained by In Touch. Larissa’s arrest comes on the heels of a very public fight between her and her husband Colt Johnson, and Larissa documented their argument in a series of videos and photos on her Instagram story.

According to the Clark County inmate custody records, Larissa is still detained on a domestic battery charge and her bond was set at $3,000. In Touch can confirm that she has not posted bail yet. She is currently awaiting her initial court hearing appearance.

It all started when Larissa went on her Instagram story to reveal to fans that Colt specifically asked her to hide their relationship on social media. Larissa claimed Colt didn’t want her to follow him on Instagram and he didn’t want her to post any photos of him or them together.

But Larissa was very upset about Colt’s orders to hide their relationship. “Honestly, I want to cry because I feel like s–t. But it is the truth, I can’t keep lying because I’m tired of this game,” she said in one clip, holding back tears.

Larissa claimed that Colt wanted fans to think that they’re not together because of their storyline on 90 Day Fiancé. Currently, Larissa is being portrayed as an ungrateful fiancée on the show, which is why fans sympathize with Colt. Larissa explained that Colt thinks that if they share their relationship on social media, he would no longer get support from the fans.

Just a few hours after Larissa exposed the truth about their relationship, she shared another video showing alleged damage that Colt made in their home when he returned to the house with flowers for his wife. In the clips, fans could see a shelf filled with shoes knocked over and a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen floor.

“So people believe who [Colt is], he [brought] me flowers, I was cleaning, look at what he did in the house. No, it’s ridiculous. It’s pathetic, he never did anything in [the] house and he doesn’t respect it. Look, the truth. People need to understand — Colt fans, look now who he is,” Larissa said. “He did it because I say, ‘Okay I accept the flowers but what you are doing is wrong. Stop [lying], stop to pretend to people that we are not together.’ Then he put the flowers down and did it.”

Shortly after, Larissa changed her username on Instagram to “@helpmeimwithoutphone” and she used the bio to make a plea for help, claiming Colt took her phone away from her. Concerned fans called the cops and Colt took to Instagram to share his side of the story and revealed what led to Larissa’s arrest.

“Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and several [sic] depression. She overreacted to problems that do not exist,” Colt wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post, according to screengrabs obtained by blogger John Yates. “I proceeded to deactivate her phone to try to defuse the situation. This escalated issues and matters became worse. She felt this action was a threat towards her and tried to reach out for help. Not long after her cry was posted, the police came and knocked down the front door. They drew their guns at me and handcuffed me.”

“The police interviewed us but not long after they decided to arrest in Larissa. No one was hurt and I did not press charges against my wife. However it is policy in the state of Nevada that since we are in a domestic partnership, someone had to be arrested,” he continued.
