She’s catching a break. Larissa Dos Santos Lima will not face domestic battery charges after her arrest in Nevada, following a heated dispute with her husband Colt Johnson. The Clark County D.A. decided not to press any charges against the 90 Day Fiancé star, according to new court documents.

Larissa’s surety bond was also exonerated and the D.A. put it on the record that the case was denied, which means they decided not to pursue any charges. The 32-year-old, who currently appears on Season 6 of the hit TLC reality show, documented the tense argument that led up to her arrest in a series of videos and photos posted her Instagram story on Nov. 10. After fans took notice of her shocking messages, Colt also took to social media to share his side of the story.

“Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and depression. She over reacted to problems that do not exist,” Colt, 33, wrote on his Instagram Story. “I proceeded to deactivate her phone to try to defuse the situation. This escalated issues and matters became worse. She felt this action was a threat towards her and tried to reach out for help. Not long after her cry was posted, the police came and knocked down the front door. They drew their guns at me and handcuffed me.”

This is reportedly Larissa’s second arrest for domestic violence, as she was previously whisked away in cuffs earlier this year, but the charges have since been dismissed. In recent weeks, it seems Colt and Larissa are still going strong, despite their altercation. The two have been sharing PDA photos on social media and she cleared the air with fans via her Instagram Story.

“I needed time to heal my relationship with Colt. It’s fragile now I love him, he loves me, so we try to [manage] all the situation and we try to work and figure out all the legal issues,” Larissa wrote while updating her followers on the situation in November. We’re wishing them all the best.
