Jenelle Evans had a minor setback in August when she got arrested for allegedly assaulting Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend Jessica Henry — and the police report claims law enforcement officials don’t believe the mother-of-two’s side of the story!
“While he [Nathan] was loading up his property into the bed of his truck, he looked up and observed the arrestee [Evans] throw something threw [sic] the – front passenger window at the victim’s [Henry] head. This object was later discovered to be a glass mason jar,” reads the Horry County Police report obtained by Radar Online.

Authorities explain that Jenelle's version of events contradicts the evidence they collected on the scene.
The officer notes that he observed broken glass pieces "along the right front passenger seat, floorboard and outside on the ground just below the front right passenger door" — adding that the mother-of-two's version of events, detailed below, likely would've resulted in the glass landing in a different spot.

The Teen Mom 2 star “stated that she walked outside and the victim got out of the truck. The arrestee claimed that she was in fear, so she threw water at the victim and the jar slipped from her hand. The arrestee stated that the victim caught the jar and threw it back at the arrestee, striking her back and then broke. This would have made the broken glass somewhere farther in the driveway.”

Upon her release, Jenelle accused her ex and baby daddy of “setting her up” for the arrest.
