Kim Kardashian is due with her first baby in July— and new mom Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has some advice for the pregnant reality star when it comes time for her to head into the delivery room.
“I don't like giving advice, but I like giving how advice on I got through [giving birth],” the pint-sized Jersey Shore star, 25, tells In Touch at WE TV’s Bridezillas cake-eating contest. “Basically, just eat as much ice chips as you can when you’re in labor, because you’re starving and you can’t eat.”
And she would know! Snooki, who has 9-month-old son Lorenzo with her fiancé Jionni LaValle, had her entire pregnancy documented for her spin-off show, Snooki and JWoww. The cameras were rolling up until— and during— childbirth.

So how can Kim, 32, prepare for baby after her and Kanye West’s bundle of joy arrives this summer?
“I think binkers [pacifiers] are a must,” Snooki says. “You can never have to many binkers. [Babies] are always crying. They always misplace it. You need at least 10 binkers.”
But Snooki also insists Kim carve out some quality "me" time.

“Whenever you have time, just make time for yourself,” she urges the E! star. “Basically, just be fit, healthy.... just so you have more energy. Being a mom can be exhausting.”
And Snooki, who admits she’s lost 50 pounds since having Lorenzo in August 2012, has altered her lifestyle to be healthier for her baby.
“I hate drinking now, because I'd just rather be with my son.... and I go to the gym every day, and I have these huge muscles,” the former party girl gushes to the mag. “I mean, I'm fit now. I lost almost 50 pounds, so it's definitely changed my life.”
