While many of us make resolutions like "get in shape" or "learn a new skill," former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham's New Year's Resolution is a little more vague - to focus on her "mind and spirit" instead of her body. Considering 2013 was the year that she starred in a porn tape with James Deen, she should have plenty to work with in 2014.

'Couples Therapy' Trailer Shows Farrah Abraham, Jon Gosselin, Taylor Armstrong, and Plenty of Tears

"I have a lot of new New Year's Resolutions and I think it's a little bit more about my mind and soul rather than my body, so I'm really excited for 2014," Farrah said in a video.

And she already has plenty on deck for 2014. This week, the new season of Couples Therapy begins on Vh1, with Farrah the first-ever participant in the history of the show to participate solo. Her former boyfriend Brian Dawe recently told the website Starcasm that his entire relationship with the 22-year-old was faked so that she could be cast on the show, and that be backed out of appearign with her on the series because it would be dishonest.

However, it does look like one of Farrah's relationships is improving in 2014 - the one she has with her mother, Debra Danielsen. The two have had a contentious relationship that only got worse when Debra was arrested for allegedly attacking her daughter with kitchen knives. But Farrah's recently-released Christmas card features her with Debra, daughter Sophia, and (who else?) Santa.
