Who Is Christine Brown’s Husband?

After initially keeping her relationship private, Christine revealed the identity of the new man in her life, saying she “finally found the love of my life.”

“The first time he held me close, it felt like my soul took its first breath,” Christine wrote via Instagram alongside photos of the couple on February 14. “He’s wonderful and kind, incredible with my children and an adorable grandpa. I never dreamed I could find a love like this.”

While little was known about David at the time, the Utah resident called him “wonderful and romantic.”

“[He’s] so kind and everything I’ve been looking for,” she added via her Instagram Story on February 7. “[He’s] incredible with Truely. He’s absolutely a dream come true.”

Just two months later, Christine and David got engaged, In Touch confirmed.  

“David treats me like a queen and tells me I’m beautiful everyday,” she told People on April 13. “I’ve never been in love like this before and the world seems like a brighter place with him in it.”

The reality star later gushed about her beau’s relationship with their children in a touching Father’s Day post.

“Happy Father’s Day [David]. I’ve watched how loving, compassionate and present you are with your children and I love how you’ve shown that to my children as well,” Christine captioned a series of photos of their family on June 18. “You’re truly showing up, which is what is most important.”

The pair went on to tie the knot in a stunning wedding ceremony in Moab, Utah, on October 7, 2023.

What Is David Woolley’s Job?

David owns his own construction company, David Woolley Drywall. 

“I have been doing drywall since 1980 and own my company for the last 20 years,” he revealed via Instagram in July.

How Did Christine Brown Meet Her Husband?

The Cooking With Just Christine host opened up about dipping her toe into the online dating world before revealing she became exclusive with her new man. 

“I’m dating again!! Holy. Hell. Awkward,” she captioned a January 2023 Instagram photo of herself dressed in all black. “Dating online is crazy! Any advice for dating at 50?!”

The following month, Christine revealed during an Instagram Stories “car confession” that she has a new man in her life. While it was unclear if the couple met over the internet, just 10 days after asking fans for dating advice, the mother of six announced she was “dating someone exclusively.” 

Just days after her exciting announcement, the mother of six shared a new selfie of February 23 using the hashtag “happy and free.”

Christine later revealed via Instagram that she and David first connected in October 2022 via an online dating app called Stir.

Does David Woolley Have Children?

David took to Instagram in July to officially introduce himself for Sister Wives fans, revealing that he is the father of eight children.

“I’m sorry I have not let people know who I am yet,” David began alongside photos of his family. “I have [eight] kids. [Six] are married [two] are single! I have 10 grandchildren. I also have kids and grandkids in California that are my extended family but I consider my own!”

David was married to the mother of his children for 20 years before “depression got a hold of her.” While he did not go into detail about his ex, he noted that he’s “been a single dad for 11 years.”

“Half of my kids do not want to be in the spotlight, so I’m respecting their wishes and you won’t see their faces on here.”

Will David Woolley Appear on ‘Sister Wives’?

Christine has previously made it clear that she has no intention of quitting the long-running reality series following her split from Kody, despite her move from Flagstaff, Arizona. 

“I am definitely not leaving Sister Wives,” Christine said in a December 2022 TikTok video as she showed off the set in her Utah home. “I’m still doing Sister Wives. No worries, everybody.”

While Christine has remained quiet about whether her new man will appear on the upcoming season of her family’s reality show, eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice what appeared to be a film crew in the background of one of Christine and David’s Instagram photos, leading some to believe David will make an appearance. 

“The film crew in the pic. What show is this for?? Congrats!” one fan commented, while another chimed in saying, “Ooooo looks like they are filming together too!” 

Another follower added in a separate comment, “​​Peep those [microphones] in the back. [eyes] Spinoff coming soon?” David made his reality TV debut during part 4 of the Sister Wives: One on One in December 2023, telling host Sukanya Krishnan that Christine is the “complete package.”

When Did Christine Brown and Kody Brown Split?

Christine and the polygamous patriarch revealed they were ending their spiritual marriage after more than 25 years together In November 2021. 

“After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” the TLC star shared via Instagram at the time. “We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family. At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family.”

The former couple – who share daughters Mykelti, Aspyn, Gwendlyn, Truely and Ysabel, as well as son Paedon – butted heads over topics such as intimacy, attraction and Robyn Brown, whom Christine called Kody’s “favorite wife.” The rocky end of their relationship was documented during season 17 of the family’s reality series.

“It’s no secret that Kody and I have been in a rough spot for a long time. I have decided to leave Kody. It’s a hard decision. I need to make a choice for happiness,” she told her fellow sister wives during an October 2022 episode. “I need to make a choice to have joy in my life and peace and there hasn’t been a lot of hope at all until I decided to leave. I feel strongly this is the best choice for me.”
