Is Megan Fox pregnant and expecting her first child with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly? The duo have sparked pregnancy rumors throughout their engagement — and the Transformers star’s appearance with a baby bump in his “Lonely Road” music video fueled speculation in July 2024 before they finally announced their exciting news four months later.

Megan Fox Once Told MGK to ‘Get [Her] Pregnant’

Although she previously sparked split rumors when fans noticed she wasn’t wearing her engagement ring, the actress shut down the speculation after leaving a seriously NSFW comment under one of MGK’s Instagram posts on October 25, 2022. 

“Never has anyone with better bone structure walked this earth,” Megan wrote at the time. “Exquisitely, devastatingly handsome. And 6 foot 5? Kill me or get me pregnant. Those are the only options.”

MGK Cradled Megan Fox’s Stomach

Just three days after Megan’s edgy comment, the “My Ex’s Best Friend” rapper appeared to be cradling or rubbing his fiancée’s stomach while they attended the Casamigos Halloween party in Beverly Hills. 

The couple appeared as the former famous duo Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson. MGK even took a moment to lick Megan’s chest in a sexy video that he shared via his Instagram Stories on October 28, 2022. 

Megan Fox Appeared Pregnant In MGK and Jelly Roll’s ‘Lonely Road’ Music Video

The Jennifer’s Body star sported a sizable baby bump in the video, which was released on July 26, 2024. In it, she wore form-fitting sundresses to show off her “pregnancy,” as MGK was seen kissing the bump and the two cradled it with their hands in another scene.

In the full music video, the pregnancy was part of a plotline where the rocker was hauled off to prison while Megan was still “pregnant.” The footage eventually cut to “eight months later,” where Megan was shown cradling a baby as Jelly Roll and his wife, Bunnie Xo, looked on.

The Tennessee native was shown bringing their baby girl to visit her dad in prison in the final scene of the video.

The “Emo Girl” artist shared a quick cut of the music video to his Instagram page that only included the scenes where Megan appeared pregnant. Fans went wild, asking if it was a big announcement from the couple and if they were expecting baby No. 1. However, it turned out to just be a prosthetic baby bump.

Less than four months after the video came out, Megan announced an actual pregnancy. The actress took to Instagram to share a photo of her positive pregnancy test, along with a maternity shoot picture that showed off her baby bump.

“nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” she captioned the post.

Megan Fox and MGK Suffered a Pregnancy Loss

The New Girl alum revealed her pregnancy loss in November 2023, although she didn’t say when it had occurred.

“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately …trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” Megan told Good Morning America on November 7, 2023.

That same month, she released her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. Megan wrote about having an ultrasound and losing a baby girl at the 10-week pregnancy mark sharing, “maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if I had…”

Another line read, “There is an ultrasound by your side of the / bed / Do you think that if she could have / she would have left a suicide note?”

The lovebirds already have their own respective children from previous relationships. 

Megan shares sons Bodhi, Noah and Journey with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, whereas MGK shares daughter Casie Colson Baker with ex Emma Cannon. 

Once they started dating in 2020, the Grammy Award winner and the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen star made sure to blend their families together. 

Two months before they announced their engagement, a source exclusively told Life & Style, “Megan and MGK are planning to transition into marriage pretty seamlessly” and described the relationship their respective children have with one another. 

“Her kids, Bodhi, Journey and Noah think [the rapper is] super cool, and MGK’s daughter, Casie, simply adores Megan and her kids,” the insider added.
