The Brushes are now a family of four! Sister Wives star Maddie Brown gave birth on Tuesday, August 20, welcoming baby No. 2 with her husband, Caleb Brush — and it’s a girl! The stars waited to share their news until Thursday, August 29, but were more than excited to introduce their daughter to the world.

“Miss Evangalynn Kodi Brush born right on time and just right on 8/20,💚” the new mom of two shared on Instagram. Confirming the news with People, the couple also revealed that their new little one weighed in at 8 pounds, 12 ounces when she was born, measuring 21 inches long.

Maddie, 23, and Caleb, 32, announced that they were expecting baby No. 2 back in January.  “I am really excited,” Maddie told People at the time. “This pregnancy feels less real for some reason, but I am still over the moon! I have no idea what I think it is. I’ll just be happy with a healthy baby.” Maddie and Caleb are also parents to a son, 2-year-old Axel.

Just three months later, the couple announced their baby’s gender in a statement to People, and they said they were “extremely excited” to be giving Axel a little sister. “Looks like its going to be little hair bows! 😊💮🌺. Baby GIRL Brush will join us mid August!” Maddie wrote on Instagram shortly after their gender reveal party.

The TLC star also shared regular updates with fans as her pregnancy progressed, and she seemed to be very keen on giving birth sooner rather than later. In her 36-week update back in July, Maddie even said she wouldn’t mind if her little girl arrived before her due date. “Just shy of 36 weeks,” the brunette beauty wrote. “No it’s not twins, yes they double-checked. Yes, I am hot. I know I’m huge but telling me is definitely something that will help my day 😒. Here’s to praying she comes a little early 😂😂.”

But by August, fans started speculating that Maddie’s little girl would be arriving soon and one major hint was that Maddie’s mom, Janelle Brown, traveled out to Maddie and Caleb’s home in North Carolina in the beginning of August. Just days before Maddie gave birth, Janelle’s sister wife Christine Brown also made the trek from the polygamous family’s new home base in Flagstaff, Arizona to North Carolina to provide some extra support for Maddie.
