‘Sister Wives’ Fans Can’t Believe How Big Maddie Brown’s Son Axel Is Now: ‘He’s Not a Little Baby Anymore’
He’s growing up! Sister Wives star Janelle Brown shared a new photo of her grandson, Axel, and fans of the show seemed shocked by how much he’s grown since we last saw him on the TLC show. “Splash pad with Axel,” Janelle, 50, began the caption of a series of photos she shared. The 2-year-old looked like he was having a blast in the candid shot!
The reality star also noted that the other photos in the post were from breakfast “at what is possibly my new favorite waffle joint in Greenville, NC #SmashedWaffle.” That proves that she is still in North Carolina — where her daughter, Maddie Brown, lives — awaiting the birth of her second grandchild.
Maddie, 23, reassured her fans in early August that baby No. 2 had not yet made an appearance. She shared an image of herself on her Instagram Story with the caption, “Still pregnant peeps. Not at the Drs either. We got a while 😂.”
Followers might have been questioning whether the arrival of Maddie’s second child was imminent because Janelle revealed she was visiting Maddie in her new home state on August 1. “In North Carolina with @madison_rose11 and boy is it hot!” she captioned a photo of her grandson in front of a fan. “Axel has the right idea. When your feet are cool your body really cools down too. Didn’t want to miss the baby so I’m camping out here for a few weeks. My mom and my #sisterwives are holding down the fort for Savanah and Gabe back home.”
Since Janelle is clearly hanging out there for a little while, Sister Wives fans can probably expect more photos of Axel to pop up on her social media. In the one she shared on August 10, they could barely believe how grown he looked. “Wow, he’s gotten so big!” one fan wrote. Another responded, “Wow he’s not a little baby anymore. He’s precious.” Someone else commented that he looked “so adorable and had grown so much.” We agree — slow down, Axel!
