Its “officially” over for 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Laura and Aladin Jallali, she revealed in a new interview on Wednesday, October 21, one year after the duo confirmed they parted ways.

“We are divorced as of 12 p.m. eastern-standard time, so I am now single if there’s any men who want to put a ring on it … I will judge the diamond size and the quality. Come on, [direct message] me, show me the ring. Let’s get jiggy with it!” Laura said while appearing on the Domenick Nati Show.

Laura’s update about her relationship status comes after the TV personality announced she was dating again in a May episode of the TLC spinoff 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined. The Canada native, 52, said she relocated to Ecuador and had to hunker down there due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“I did actually end up meeting someone online. We just really connected,” she shared at the time. “Tony lives in California and is in dental college. He is 25 and very delicious to look at. I actually worry that Tony is too good to be true.”

It seems Laura is keeping her options open in the wake of her breakup from Aladin, which she discussed in a previous reunion special. “Last year, I married my young, hot Tunisian Aladin, but shortly after, he asked me for a divorce,” Laura said about their relationship. “It really shocked me, but looking back now, I can’t help but feel Aladin was definitely using me to come to North America.”

The couple was first introduced to fans on the hit TLC 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, but their story line stood out because they were one of the only couples on the show who were already married. Fans later learned what led to their impending divorce during the season 1 tell-all.

Laura arrived at the tell-all solo and revealed Aladin was still in Tunisia at the time. Once she was on stage, she sat next to a TV screen that featured Aladin, who had joined in on a video call, and it seemed extremely clear that there had been tension brewing between the couple.

During their segment, Aladin, 29, admitted he told Laura he wanted a divorce only six weeks after they celebrated their marriage with a three-day traditional Tunisian wedding ceremony. It was unclear what exactly went wrong, but Aladin mentioned an instance where Laura went out to get coffee, but was gone for two hours. He also claimed that Laura had repeatedly disrespected him.

When the couple returned to the stage with their costars, Laura plucked up the courage to confront Aladin about the way he had been treating her. “You don’t love me, you never loved me, you used me,” Laura told him. “You know how I know that you used me? Because you don’t fall out of love like this.”

But Aladin denied Laura’s claims that he used her. “I bring you to live with me and what I use from you?” Aladin hit back. “I know because as soon as the money ran out and I wasn’t going to get no visa for you, it was bye-bye,” Laura said.

Just hours before the tell-all aired, Laura took to Instagram to confirm she and Aladin split up for good while reflecting on her time on the series. “It’s been great to … well, let’s be honest … I lost my marriage due to this show,” the reality star began. “However, what I have lost in a husband, I have gained in so many amazing, wonderful friends.” Laura later claimed that while she did get pregnant at one point, she suffered a miscarriage because she allegedly had an ectopic pregnancy.

Aladin and Laura met online and they immediately decided to tie the knot during Laura’s first visit with Aladin in Qatar. Even though sparks were flying at first, their romance has fizzled out.
