Moving on! 90 Day Fiancé star Laura Jallali didn’t waste any time finding her next man after her split from estranged husband Aladin Jallali. The Other Way alum revealed she’s got a new boyfriend on 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined, explaining she met a man named Tony online and they “just really connected.”

“Tony lives in California and is in dental college. He is 25 and very delicious to look at,” Laura said during the Monday, May 18, episode. “I actually worry that Tony is too good to be true.”

He does have some flaws, though — like the nickname he picked out for his girlfriend. “Tony loves to call me ‘love muffin,’” she revealed. “Not exactly what I would like to be called by a love interest. Every time he says that, I want to eat an apple crumble muffin. I don’t think it’s romantic.”

But for the most part, things are going well. Tony has “no issue” telling his lady he loves her, and it’s almost “baffling” to Laura how easily he says it. And though she “appreciates” the words, she’s not quite ready to say it back. “Tony’s young,” she told the camera. “He still has a lot of growing up to do yet.”

Her new romance is helping her leave her old relationship behind. Laura and Aladin revealed their split in October 2019 after the Canadian star claimed her ex “ran out” when her money did. “I told him I can no longer bring him to Canada so he was out! He has lots of women now willing to sponsor him, so good luck and God bless,” she said at the time. Though Aladin denied her claims — and insisted she was actually the one who took money from him after he sent her funds for a sponsorship application — she doubled down during the Self-Quarantined episode.

“Last year I married my young, hot Tunisian Aladin, but shortly after, he asked me for a divorce,” she told 90 Day fans. “It really shocked me, but looking back now, I can’t help but feel Aladin was definitely using me to come to North America.” Laura’s ex exclusively told In Touch there’s “no possibility of reconciliation,” but it seems there’s still plenty of drama.
