It’s been a learning experience. Cheyenne Floyd joined the cast of Teen Mom OG in 2018 and was subject to serious scrutiny because she wasn’t a teenager when she welcomed her first child. Cheyenne was actually 23 at the time she found out she was pregnant with her now two-year-old daughter, Ryder, who she shares with ex, fellow TMOG alum Cory Wharton. While chatting with In Touch exclusively, the MTV personality responded to the criticism over her casting and revealed how honored she is to be a part of the franchise. Cheyenne, 26, was met with mixed reviews when it was revealed that she was the newest member of the Teen Mom OG family. The former Are You the Onestar joined the cast just two months after Bristol Palin confirmed she was set to appear in the reality series.
“Is the world ready to see me as a dad ?????? #TeenMomOG,” he tweeted. Cheyenne and Cory surprised fans everywhere when they announced they had welcomed a daughter together in December 2017 — Ryder was actually born in April 2017.
“Cory is nothing short of an amazing father,” she wrote. “We are so blessed to be raising mooch as coparents together and I couldn’t have asked for a better father for my princess. Our daughter is the best of both of us.”
