No stranger to getting work done, Farrah Abraham is more than happy to show off her various procedures and treatments to her fans. After letting cameras follow her into the doctor’s office, the former Teen Mom star strutted her stuff down the street on Wednesday, May 29, to model her results. There’s no denying that she looked good — but she also looked kind of swollen and bruised. Check out the photos of Farrah’s procedure and puffy eyes in the gallery below.

This isn’t the first time Farrah has flaunted bruises after a cosmetic treatment. The star is frequently baring her booty in bikinis, and sometimes her look is accessorized with marks from her latest round of injections.

Though the star only just turned 28, celebrating her big day in sexy, red lingerie, she’s doing her best to keep her look on point. For her, that means regular trips to the clinic.

You know what they say, though. For Farrah, it’s all worth it. After all, it won’t be long before she’s hitting the beach for her next risqué photo shoot — and a girl’s got to look good.

When it comes to getting injections, though, Farrah’s pretty much an old pro. She knows how to stay chill even as a doctor inserts a needle into her face.

The star admired the work as she checked herself out in a mirror. Other than the swelling, which will go down, and the bruises, which will fade, we’d say she’s looking pretty fabulous.

Even as the cameras pressed in closer, Farrah was more than happy to show off her doctor’s work, admiring her cheekbones and the now completely smooth skin under her eyes. Eye bags? Farrah doesn’t know them.

Farrah didn’t just celebrate her birthday this month, though. She also wished her late ex-boyfriend a happy birthday. On May 8, she paid tribute to Derek Underwood, Sophia’s dad, with a heartbreaking Instagram message.

“To one very special person, I celebrate and remember you like no other,” she captioned an Instagram album of photos of him. “Happy birthday, Derek. I love you. May 8th — you would be 29 today.”

Missing Her Baby Daddy

Though the two weren’t together at the time of Derek’s death, the star has frequently kept his memory alive on her Instagram. “You gave me that once in a lifetime love of my life everyone so deserves,” she said. “You gave me so many firsts — from virginity, proms, trips, my first ring.”

“You showed me unconditional love,” she continued. “You showed me what relationships are. From prom, graduation, to our only child … all the events that had happened the entire sequence was one filled with the thrill, love and loss.”
