She may have decided not to keep up her #MotivationalWednesday series, but that doesn’t mean Rain Brown doesn’t want to keep inspiring her fans. On Monday, October 21, the Alaskan Bush People star did just that when she shared a new post about perseverance. Opening up about her own tough times, she encouraged her followers to power through whatever obstacles were standing in their way.

“The biggest lesson for me this year has been ‘just keep going,'” read an Asamoah Evans quote Rain, 16, shared on Instagram. “Lost everything? Just keep going. Don’t know what you’re doing? Just keep going. $0.88 in the bank? Just keep going. People played you? Just keep going. No obstacle has been able to crush me. I keep going.”

In her own words, the teen captioned the photo, “If you’re a highly sensitive person like me, there have most definitely been days, months, weeks or even years where you find yourself struggling, and I just wanted to give everyone a reminder that it will end. It may not feel like it now, and you will have to reach out for help sometimes, and you’ll have to cry sometimes, and it might come back sooner than you would prefer, but it does end, and life does become more bearable, I promise.”

Assuring her followers that they are “not alone,” she continued, “You are loved. And you are worthy of goodness. Forgive others, and forgive yourself. Be unapologetically kind. And, most of all, trust God, and never lose sight of your values. Learning these things takes time. So be patient with yourself on your journey, and expect some bumps in the road. But remember, it will end. Thank you for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day, you beautiful soul. ♥️ God bless. #staystrong #stayhappy #justkeepgoing”

It sounds like that message was just what some of the Discovery Channel star’s followers needed. It might be able to help her brother Bear Brown‘s girlfriend, Raiven Adams, too. Before recently leaving Instagram, the model had opened up about struggling with other people’s opinions of her. She had deleted her Instagram once before after calling out the haters. “I’m always quick to want to prove haters wrong so they don’t get the satisfaction of winning,” she wrote, “but I’m realizing responding at all is letting you win.”
