It may be a little late, but Alaskan Bush People star Rain Brown‘s latest installment in her #motivationalwednesday post is here. On Thursday, July 11, the teen took to Instagram to share an inspirational message with her fans. This time, she decided to focus on purpose. Talking about how we all have one, she expressed that hers is to bring positivity to others.

“I believe that people are like shoes. We each have a purpose. And a use,” wrote Rain, 16, on the social media site. “I believe my purpose is to help people believe in love, in life, and, most importantly, in God. It doesn’t matter what you look like, how old you are or how practical you may be. You still carry out that purpose. Heels are meant to make people feel pretty and confident. Tennis shoes are meant to make people feel light on their feet and powerful. Whatever your purpose may be, believe in it. Spread it. And love it. And don’t worry if you haven’t found it yet. Odds are it’s right in front of your eyes.”

(Late motivational Wednesday) I believe that people are like shoes. We Each have a purpose. And a use. I believe my purpose is to help people believe, in love, in life, and most importantly in God. It doesn’t matter what you look like how old you are, or how practical you may be. You still carry out that purpose. Heals are meant to make people feel pretty and confident. Tennis shoes are meant to make people feel light on their feet and powerful. Whatever your purpose may be. Believe in it. Spread it. And love it. And don’t worry if you haven’t found it yet, odds are it’s right in front of your eyes. Thank you for reading everyone! Have a blessed day #stayhappy #staystrong #motivationalwednesday

The inspirational messages was the third in Rain’s new series, which she started back on June 26. Posting about defeat, the star talked about how we all sometimes “feel like giving up,” persuading her followers instead to keep going. “When you think about giving up, think to yourself, ‘What would happen if I didn’t?'” she wrote. “The answer is, ‘You will never know if you do.’ You can give up anytime. What’s the rush? Let’s see what tomorrow brings together.”

Over the years, the teen has been open about her struggle with depression. Her #motivationalwednesdays movement is part of a trend where she increasingly focuses on how she manages to #staystrong and #stayhappy rather than just declaring that she does. Her precious pup Jakson Maine has been no small part of that, loving her when she “forgets” to love herself. We’re glad to see that the star is doing so well these days — and that she’s sharing what she’s learned with anyone else who might be struggling.
