Pregnancy hasn’t been easy for Raiven Adams! On Monday, October 7, Bear Brown‘s girlfriend held an Instagram Q&A for fans, answering questions about her life and relationship. When one fan asked what the “hardest thing” about expecting is, though, she had a surprising answer. Despite dealing with morning sickness for the first few weeks, she revealed she’d mainly been struggling with something else.

“I’m probably very extra about it, but I research everything I eat to make sure it’s safe,” Raiven, 21, told her followers. “It’s overwhelming sometimes.” Being a new mom is never easy, and it seems the future Alaskan Bush People star is already taking her responsibility to her child very seriously. Luckily, she also revealed that the morning sickness had at least eased up. “It’s actually gone for the most part for the last few days,” she told another fan.

A week earlier, during another Q&A, Raiven had struggled with a question about whether or not she was enjoying her pregnancy. “Right now it’s hard because I’m always sick,” she’s said, “but I am blessed to have a baby on the way.” When a fan suggested that she try a popular morning sickness relief product, she admitted, “They make me puke the moment I taste them.”

The recently reunited couple has gotten some of the other hards things out the way already, too — like deciding on names for the little one. Though she declined to share what she and Bear, 32, had picked out, she revealed that it was one of the first things they talked about when they discovered they were expecting. Now, she’s got other issues to focus on — like adjusting to life in the bush.

Though she was the one who revealed in early September that they’d moved into town because of a “health situation,” she hinted they’re back at home. “Do you find it difficult living in the bush?” one fan wanted to know. Raiven put her answer simply. “The bush is for sure not the same as the city,” she responded with a crying-laughing emoji. Once the family of three is all settled in, though, you can expect to check out their lives on the Browns’ Discovery Channel show. Though the parents have already been filming, the mom recently revealed their future child will be on camera, too.
