The 26-year-old pop star wore an all-black outfit including a crop top with pants and sunglasses. Miley sported wet hair with a couple of silver necklaces to go with her ~lewk.~ Meanwhile, the 31-year-old blogger also wore all black, but she opted for a tight leather skirt with a long sleeve shirt and heels. Clearly, these two must be raiding each other’s wardrobes!

One day earlier, The Hills starlet left a flirty comment on one of Miley’s recent Instagram posts. “TOM FORD,” the singer captioned a photo of herself wearing a black top — sans bra — with a furry hat and sunglasses. “Dear God,” Kaitlynn commented along with a drooling emoji.

So Smitten

The duo has been making a bunch of public appearances lately. In honor of Kaitlynn’s 31st birthday, Miley and a couple of her friends celebrated at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles on September 4. “They were all over one another and didn’t care who saw,” an eyewitness at the hotel told In Touch exclusively. “There were lots of bottles of wine on the table, and Kaitlynn was drinking Moscow Mules and red wine.”

Speaking Her Truth

This summer, Kaitlynn split from her husband of five years, Brody Jenner, while the Tennessee native broke off her marriage to Liam Hemsworth after only eight months. The ladies were then spotted canoodling and kissing during their Italian vacation in August, so Miley wanted to clear the air about what really happened between her and the Australian hunk. “I can accept that the life I’ve chosen means I live completely open and transparent with my fans who I love, and the public, 100 percent of the time,” she wrote on August 22. “What I cannot accept is being told I’m lying to cover up a crime I haven’t committed. I have nothing to hide. I can admit to a lot of things, but I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating. Liam and I have been together for a decade. I’ve said it before, and it remains true, I love Liam and always will.”

Even though some people think the “Malibu” crooner and the New Hampshire native might have moved on rather quickly, it seems like their connection is the real deal. “Miley and Kaitlynn’s relationship isn’t just for show,” the source added. “They’re genuinely in love. Everyone was having a blast tonight, and Miley is so happy. You’d never know she was going through a divorce. She was acting like she didn’t have a care in the world.”

Not only does Miley seem to be in great spirits these days, but her family is invested in her new romance. “Tish [Cyrus] met Kaitlynn a month or so ago in the U.K., and they’ve also all met up in L.A. before Miley and Liam announced their split,” a second insider told In Touch. “Tish has given her seal of approval and really likes Kaitlynn and thinks she’s fun. Tish’s main priority is Miley’s happiness.”
