Is There Something You Want to Tell Us, Josiah Duggar? Lauren Swanson Is Listed as His ‘Ex-Wife’ on Google
Either Google made a mistake or there’s something Josiah Duggar‘s not telling us! The Counting On star and Lauren Swanson said “I do” on June 30, 2018, but she’s currently listed as his “ex-wife” on the search engine. Don’t believe us? Try it for yourself.
Of course, we’re sure it’s just an error on their part. After all, the couple is totally smitten with one another. “What a joy it is to be husband and wife!” they said in a joint statement at the time. “Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!”
Unfortunately, their newly wedded life hasn’t come without a few bumps along the way. The two bravely shared that they suffered a miscarriage in October, just four months after walking down the aisle.
“A couple months ago, we found out that we were expecting, but suddenly thereafter, we lost our baby,” Lauren revealed in a TLC clip, shared on Monday, February 11. Josiah added, “It really was a hard time for our family going through this right after we got married. And all the dreams of getting to see our little one and hold it in our hands dashed before our eyes.”
The pair wanted to tell their story because “nobody really talks about it,” she continued. “We just wanted to let y’all know that you’re not alone.”
Luckily, they’re not alone either. When a producer asked on the most recent episode if the two were concerned about announcing the pregnancy so early, Lauren said, “My mom and mom Michelle [Duggar] have been a great comfort to me. Honestly, I am so glad that we told our whole family that we were expecting. That they could help Si and I through this time. We couldn’t have done it without their support, really, and prayers.”
Our thoughts go out to Josiah and Lauren during this difficult time. In the meantime, here’s hoping Google adjusts her description.
